Most first-time visitors stay approximately one week to experience one of our programs. Nearly all returning guests book extended stays to explore two or even three regions during a single journey. While we accommodate shorter visits, we recommend dedicating at least a full week to the experience. There are simply too many remarkable locations to discover and too many fish to pursue.

Absolutely! We enthusiastically showcase tremendous variety—from arid landscapes to lush forests and everything between. Patagonia offers diverse terrain, and our areas feature numerous “microclimates” allowing guests to fly fish across vastly different rivers, spring creeks, and lakes. It’s entirely possible to fish a new water body for up to twenty consecutive days!

Spring, Summer, or Fall! Fishing conditions evolve on each river throughout the seasons, and regardless of your visit timing from December to May, we deliver exceptional fly fishing quality. A better question: when can you travel? Select dates that work best with your professional schedule and family commitments, then share that timeframe with us. We’ll match you with optimal fishing opportunities for that period, positioning you near the best waters available. This flexibility stems from our extensive river portfolio, angling variety, and guides possessing years of seasonal experience on each water system.

Yes! We supply every fly, leader, and tippet spool throughout your entire stay. We maintain a complete inventory of premium loaner equipment for your use-from Simms waders and boots to Winston Rods and Hatch Reels. All our fly fishing gear represents top-tier quality designed specifically for these conditions, and our fly selection has been refined through fifteen years of Argentine fishing experience.
